Choose an extraction-free workflow for speed or an AC20 extraction workflow when a separate nucleic-acid extraction step is required.

DIRECT WORKFLOW

Extraction-free one-step method

  1. 01
    Collect & mixCollect the pet sample directly into a prefilled tube containing extraction-free buffer. Mix and wait approximately 5 minutes.
  2. 02
    DispenseInvert the tube and press the blue bottom button to dispense 25 μL of sample into the prealiquoted lyophilized PCR reagent.
  3. 03
    Quick spinCentrifuge for 10 seconds to bring the reaction mixture to the bottom of the tube.
  4. 04
    AmplifyLoad the prepared tube into YS-M4 and run the selected real-time PCR program.

AC20 WORKFLOW

Method with nucleic-acid extraction

  1. 01
    Collect sampleCollect the appropriate swab, blood, stool or other validated specimen for the selected assay.
  2. 02
    Extract on AC20Add 200 μL of sample to the prefilled extraction reagent and complete nucleic-acid extraction on AC20.
  3. 03
    Quick spinCentrifuge the prepared reaction tube for 10 seconds.
  4. 04
    AmplifyTransfer 25 μL of prepared sample to the PCR reagent, load it into YS-M4 and start amplification.
