Wisenz Biotech Limited is an international diagnostics business built in partnership with specialist IVD manufacturers. We bring together their product development and manufacturing capabilities with 12 years of international IVD sales experience to offer selected human and veterinary diagnostic products under the YSENZ brand.
Each manufacturing partner specialises in its own field and has experience developing and producing products for diagnostic companies in China. Together, these partners contribute complementary capabilities across hematology, clinical chemistry, molecular diagnostics, urinalysis and rapid testing.
Wisenz was established to bring this expertise to international markets through a shared brand and a focused commercial operation. Through YSENZDX for human diagnostics and YSENZ VET for veterinary diagnostics, we select established instruments and reagents based on the needs of distributors, clinical laboratories and veterinary practices.
Customers work with one brand and one point of contact, supported by the specialist manufacturer behind each product line. Wisenz manages the international commercial relationship, from product selection and documentation coordination to ongoing supply communication and follow-up after the first order.
Our purpose is to help international partners build suitable diagnostic portfolios, with clear communication and direct access to the manufacturing expertise behind the products.

Instruments, reagents and configurations are recommended against the intended market, test menu, workflow and budget.

Technical and commercial review
Specifications, reagent menus, demonstration arrangements and the documentation required for local regulatory assessment are confirmed before a commitment is made.

Introduction and training
Installation guidance, product training and supporting materials are arranged so a distributor’s team can place the system and support end users.

Continuing support
Wisenz remains the commercial contact for technical enquiries, consumables, spare parts and the warranty terms agreed for that product.
The scope of technical service, documentation and warranty is defined for each product before purchase.
