Volumetric tubes and nucleic acid release reagent

This human IVD consumable set is built for ultrasonic direct amplification. The sample goes into a continuous volumetric dispensing preservation tube, the original tube is loaded for a one-click ultrasonic treatment of about 60 seconds, and pre-aliquoted or lyophilized PCR reagent is dispensed straight into the PCR tube. Published performance for the method is a result within 30 minutes, and a coincidence rate above 99% versus traditional magnetic-bead extraction. The same release step is also described for animal and plant epidemic samples when sampling and detection happen on site. Confirm instrument compatibility and the assay menu for your market.

  • One sample-addition step, then load for amplification
  • About 60 seconds of ultrasonic treatment on the original tube
  • Stat testing on arrival, or a high-throughput batch
  • Pre-aliquoted or lyophilized PCR reagent, 10–25 μL into the PCR tube
  • Volumetric tube: four dispense settings, error under 2 μL, described as a patented design
  • Release reagent stored at room temperature and matched to the volumetric dropper
