Real-Time PCR System
YS-M4 is a compact real-time PCR system for focused veterinary molecular testing. The platform is about 750 g, with a 120 × 120 mm footprint, four fluorescence channels, a 4-inch touchscreen and Wi-Fi. Load one prepared 0.2 mL tube, close the lid and run the assay program. An extraction-free path or a separate AC20 extraction workflow can be used, depending on the assay. Volumes and specimen types must follow that assay’s instructions.
